Moving to Dubai
A few months ago I decided to leave my home country and try living somewhere completely different. I work as a software QA engineer, fully remote, so I finally took advantage of the flexibility and moved to Dubai. I’d visited a couple of times before and always felt that the pace of the city suited me.
Housing was my biggest concern, especially since I wanted to invest rather than rent. After comparing several platforms, I ended up finding a property through https://dubai-real.estate/. The site had a wide range of projects with straightforward descriptions, which made the selection process much easier than I expected. I chose a unit in Dubai Hills, and the purchasing process turned out to be more organized than I’d feared.
Now I’m settling into my routine: morning runs, work from home, evening walks in the community. The heat takes some getting used to, but overall the move feels like the right decision. For anyone with a remote-friendly tech job wondering if Dubai is a realistic option — it absolutely is.
